We are committed to sharing Japan’s fugu and eel food culture with the world.
Since 2016, we have worked alongside government bodies and industry partners to promote overseas exports, product development, and sustainable growth within the premium seafood sector.

In 2021, we established Fu Co., Ltd. to further this mission—serving as a global trading company dedicated to the processing, distribution, and export of Japan’s finest seafood, with a focus on quality, safety, and long-term cultural value.
